Alberto Figone, Supreme Court lawyer, is a member of the National Executive Council A.I.A.F. (Italian Association of Lawyers for family and for minors) and of the related local branch of the same association in the Liguria Region. He is also member of the editorial staff of the “Rivista”, published by the Italian Association of lawyers for family and minors, and scientific Director of the School of Education A.I.A.F.
He is a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa, and, since the beginning of its establishment, professor of Civil Law at the specialization course for the legal professions of the same university, in which he also held courses in Ethics.
Raffaella Pini is a lawyer; she is a law school graduate with honors from Milan University, with a dissertation on the protection of the female spouse in Anglo-Saxon law.
Her past work experiences include major Italian firms in family law.
In 2012, she was part of the editing team of the “Repertorio di diritto di famiglia”, a collection of principles of the national Supreme Court for the magazine Italia Oggi.
She is expert in national and international family rights.
She has an excellent knowledge of English.
Virginia Dentici is a lawyer, graduated with honors from University of Palermo Law School with a thesis on Juvenile Criminal Law with Professor Giovanni Fiandaca.
She obtained a doctorate in General Private Law and focuses on civil litigation, particularly on succession law and all areas pertaining to contract law, on civil liability and restitution, judicial and non-judicial debt collection. Her professional experience allowed her to acquire an in-depth knowledge of family law, particularly in matters relating to minors.
She serves as editor for the online law journal Masterlex. She has a good knowledge of English.
Francesco Valori is a lawyer, graduated from Università Commerciale Bocconi Law School with a thesis on criminal law and new technologies. After an international internship in a renowned US law firm where he focused on civil law in cases with relevant international issues, he joined IFL and deals with family law and successions both on national and international level.
He speaks fluent English.
